Having earned a BA in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from George Mason University, she has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. She mastered nearly every facet of the restaurant industry, from working at a butcher’s shop to becoming a Head Sommelier in fine dining. She then turned to opening two innovative DC wine bars, Maxwell Park, as a founding partner, receiving numerous accolades including Best Bar in America from Esquire, Best Wine Bar from Washingtonian, Washington City Paper and Express, and a 2019 RAMMY award for Wine Program of the Year.
